A young lady received over a million dollars for her student aid instead of the usual $108 dollars. Instead of being smart and realizing that someone would look for that money she decided to go on a spending spree. New Clothes, new phone, expensive drinks, surprise parties and more. She managed to spend $65,000 in 2 months before she was caught.
