Cold weather often means more sickness and experts are saying you need to get a flu shot this year. Last year was one of the deadliest in a long time, it was estimated that 80,000 people died including 180 children. As a reminder, the flu shot isn’t a magic bullet but the experts agree that you should see reduced symptoms if you do get the flu.
