Do people have to dress whatever their part is for you to respect them? I mean, if a banker wasn’t wearing a suit and tie would you find it hard to take them serious? I ask because Goldman Sachs has announced a more flexible dress code in an effort to appeal to younger employees. The memo mentions that casual dress isn’t appropriate every day and they expect employees to exercise good judgement. I’m going out on a limb here, my T-shirt wardrobe and ball caps aren’t going to be up to their standards. You can read more HERE!
